God is the bringer of all laughing and weeping, life and death, He is the one that enriches and suffices.
Other's sins will only fall on themselves, God is just like that.
You are allowed to do small sins and small faults, as the Lord is understanding that you are made of earth and mother's womb, so dont think of yourselves as too pure. Don't be so elavative of yourself as God knows Only God knows best who you fear.
Everything in the world and heavens belongs to Allah so that he may reward the evil doers accordingly and give the finest reward to the good-doers
So turn away ˹O Prophet˺ from whoever has shunned Our Reminder/Quran only seeking the ˹fleeting˺ life of this world.

This surah references God attributes of Allah as the leading entity as opposed to the inferior Sirus star that pagans worshiped. The Quran was reveled by an angel, it's message was from Gabriel On revelation The ˹Prophet’s˺ sight never wandered, nor did it overreach. 53:17
